All client information and personally identifiable information (PII) processed through Finmo AI is protected by the same security controls, access restrictions, and governance standards applied throughout Finmo.

How does Finmo AI handle client data?
When running a document verification, brokers choose which files from a deal should be analyzed. Those documents are securely transmitted to Anthropic for processing, and the verification results are returned and stored within Finmo.

All data sent between Finmo and Anthropic is encrypted in transit using TLS (Transport Layer Security).
No AI model training
Anthropic does not use customer-submitted data to train its AI models when using its commercial API services.
Limited data retention
Prompt and response data is retained only as long as necessary to operate and secure the service.
No data sales
Anthropic does not sell customer data to third parties.
