Finmo AI tools are powered by a third-party AI provider, currently Claude by Anthropic, and their terms govern the safety of your data.
When you run a verification, the documents you select are sent to Anthropic through a secure connection for processing, and the results are returned to Finmo.
By running an AI verification, you are agreeing to Anthropic's terms, which govern how your data is handled during processing.

We operate under Anthropic's commercial Terms of Service, not the consumer version of their product. Under these terms, your data is not used to train AI models. This is a contractual protection that may not apply to consumer AI tools, where inputs may be used for training by default.
