If you have an Intercom account and wish to add the tool to your Finmo borrower portal, follow the steps below:

Go to your "Team Settings" in Finmo
Click on the "Integrations" tab
Scroll down to "Intercom" and enter your Intercom ID in the box
Finally, click on "Save Changes"
you will need to configure your Intercom account settings to start receiving messages (Intercom support can assist you with that if needed).
