Upgrading to Finmo Pro allows you to be able to leave yourself or team members working on the same deal, internal notes on specific deals.

How do I create a note?

  1.  Click into the deal you'd like to leave a note on.

  2.  Select "Add a note".

  3.  Type the note in the textbox and click on "Save Note".

How do I view an existing note?

If a note is left in the deal, the "Add a Note" button will instead read "Notes (#)" indicating the number of notes on the file.  Click the "Notes" button to retrieve the note and/or add a new one. You can also view saved notes in the Activity feed in Overview.

All notes are permanently stored in the Add Notes and Activity Feed so you can scroll back through them should you need to.

If you're interested in pushing these deals automatically to your CRM so your records are synced, please reference our Finmo Integration service or, click here to watch this video.
