Team admins by default have the permission to edit billing and are able to update the billing contact to the new individual or credit card.
*Note: If you do not see the "gear" icon on the left menu it means you are not a team admin and don't have the power to change billing information.
Click the "gear icon" and select "Billing" on the left menu
Scroll down to "Payment Method" and click on "Change card"
Enter the new credit card information and save.
