Because most mortgage professionals rely on return clients, Finmo allows you to add additional deals to existing borrower's profiles. This means that your borrower does not need to create a new user profile every time they do a deal with you.

What does the borrower see if they have multiple deals?

Upon sign in, the deal the borrower is accessing will be listed at the top. In this example "Purchase - Created on 20 Sep 2023". The borrower has the ability however to switch applications by clicking on the "Switch application" link at the bottom of the page.

Borrowers can also switch to a different application at any time by clicking their name and choosing "Switch Application".

When either link is clicked on all their deals will be displayed and they can choose which one to to access by clicking on it.

Can borrowers start a new deal themselves?

Borrowers can create a new deal while in their application portal by clicking on "Create a new application" after logging into their portal.

or they can do it in the "Switch application" section by clicking on "Create new application."
