ReferLink is a way to refer to Prospr, for anyone not on Finmo. Here's who you can use ReferLink for:
Yourself
Live the experience for yourself and truly understand what your client will go through. On ReferLink, you'll see a line that states "Refer yourself to Prospr". Click through and refer yourself (and yes Prospr will actually call you - you should take it and see what their pitch is)
Present clients if you don't use Finmo as your platform on choice
Prospr is a strong offering - empower your clients to educate themselves on their insurance options so they can make an informed yes or no decision
Past clients that you don't have a live deal for (on Finmo)
I strongly encourage you to go through your database and identify clients you can connect with on this. It's a great re-engagement tactic and similar to above, our clients should have the power to educate themselves on their insurance options - the referral is no obligation but a quick phone call with Prospr will only benefit them.

How does Prospr ReferLink work?
Once your brokerage signs up for Prospr ReferLink, Lendesk will provide the brokerage with a unique link that will take you to the form to fill out online. As soon as the form has been submitted a confirmation letter is generated and sent to your email.

Step 1: Refer yourself to Prospr

On your brokerage specific ReferLink URL, you'll see a line that states "Refer yourself to Prospr" underneath the blue button. Click through and refer yourself (and yes Prospr will actually call you - you should take it and see what their pitch is).
Step 2: Submit a client referral using Prospr ReferLink
First you must confirm you have have obtained your client’s consent to refer them to Sun Life. Next, select if you are entering information from a past client or a current deal that is not in Finmo and fill in the required fields and submit. It only takes a few minutes to complete.
How to complete the referral form
1. Enter the url link provided to you into your browser
2. Click the "Start a new referral" button
3. Check off "Client has provided consent to provide information to Sun Life Financial"
4. Choose if the referral is for a "Past client" or a "Current Client: Deal not on Finmo" and click on "Continue.
5. Enter who contacted the client about Prospr and click on "Continue".
6. Fill in the fields as prompted. The form asks for the following information:
Deal number (optional)
Agent on the deal
Client details
Loan details
7. Once completed click on the "Submit Referral" button to submit the form and it will go directly to Sun Life.
You will see a message displayed confirming the referral has been submitted but you will also receive a confirmation in your email.

8. Your clients will receive an automatic email with the referral confirmation and a link for them to book a time directly with Prospr. You'll be cc'd on this email. If you client doesn't book using the link, a Sun Life agent will then reach out to the client.
What happens if my clients decline the Prospr referral?
If you offered to refer your clients to Sun Life and they declined you can use the same link to obtain a declined form for your compliance purposes.
1. Enter the url link provided to you into your browser
2. Select "Generate a referral decline form".
3. Enter your information and click on "Continue". This email is where the decline form will be sent.

4. Once submitted you will see this message and an email containing the decline form will be sent to you.

Once you have obtained the form you can add it into your e-signing package for signing and download it for compliance purposes.
Email didn't arrive?
If you didn't receive the confirmation or decline email please check in your spam/junk folder in case it arrived there. You could also whitelist prospr_referlink@lendesk.com in your email platform to ensure it doesn't get tagged as spam.
