After importing a csv of your deals on Expert it may become apparent that some of the imported deals may not contain full application data. We have created an API connection with Filogix/Expert to sync the data in the application so you can maintain accurate and comprehensive records
Important: If this feature has not been enabled for your team please click on the chat bubble and we will work with you to get the proper permissions in place to enable it for you. If you do not see the "Sync data from expert" link on your deal then it has not been enabled.
How to sync data from Expert in an already imported deal
Once your brokerage has given permission and the "Sync data from export" feature has been enabled you will see a link in the Application section of the deal.
Click on the "Sync data from expert" link and the deal in Finmo will be updated via an API with the full application data .
FAQ's
Can I sync all of my imported Expert deals all at once ?
No at this time you will have to sync each imported deal one at a time.
