In order for a borrower to complete an application, they must sign up. Although this may seem like an extra step, there is a good reason for this. Finmo gives the borrowers a secure portal to interact with their mortgage professional.

It being password protected allows the borrower to return to fill out the application and upload documents at their convenience.

The sign-up process only takes a few seconds. If a borrower does not want to sign up, you can still fill out the Application for the borrower. However, you won't be able to request documents and they won't be able to upload documents.
