How to add Intercom to your borrower portal

Add Intercom to communicate directly with your borrowers while they fill out their application or are logged into their portal.

If you have an Intercom account and wish to add the tool to your Finmo borrower portal, follow the steps below:

  • View this article to know how to get your Intercom ID - https://www.intercom.com/help/en/articles/3539-where-can-i-find-my-workspace-id-app-id 

  • Go to your "Team Settings" in Finmo

  • Click on the "Integrations" tab

  • Scroll down to "Intercom" and enter your Intercom ID in the box

  • Finally, click on "Save Changes"

  • you will need to configure your Intercom account settings to start receiving messages (Intercom support can assist you with that if needed).
