Finmo allows you to be able to leave yourself or team members working on the same deal internal notes on specific deals. This means you can add notes to a deal to keep a more complete "story" in Finmo for reference later.

How do I create a note on a deal?

  1.  Click into the deal you'd like to leave a note on.

  2.  Select "Add note" at the top of the page

  3.  Type the note in the textbox and click on "Save Note".

How do I view an existing note?

If a note is left in the deal, the "Add a Note" button will instead read "Notes (#)" indicating the number of notes on the file.  Click the "Notes" button to retrieve the note and/or add a new one. You can also view saved notes in the Activity feed in Overview.

You can also view saved notes in the Activity feed in Overview.
