Borrowers use their borrower portal to complete the application or upload requested documents. The portal serves as one place to know exactly what's expected of them.

Here are screenshots of what the borrower sees: 

First, when you click to "Update Borrower" alerting them to new documents needing to be uploaded, they'll receive an email (and SMS if you've checked the box to notify them via SMS).

As the documents are uploaded, or you mark them approved / needs attention, the document requests show in the correct category:
