Borrowers can now create and switch between multiple simultaneous applications. This is great improvement for property investors, or for people refinancing to purchase a home, etc.

A borrower's location (the city they are in) is now derived upon sign up from their IP address. This information is additionally sent to Zapier, which can allow Finmo to trigger certain tasks/"zaps" based on the geographic location of the new sign up. For large mortgage businesses, this could be useful to route new sign ups to the nearest office.
