Because most mortgage professionals rely on return clients, Finmo allows you to add additional deals to existing borrower's profiles. This means that your borrower does not need to create a new user profile every time they do a deal with you. Maybe your borrower is purchasing multiple properties - Finmo has made it simple for them to access all deals on their application portal.

What does the borrower see if they have multiple deals?

Upon sign in, the borrower will see a drop down menu to select the mortgage application they'd like to work on.

Borrowers can also switch to a different application at any time by clicking their name and "Switch Application".

Can my borrowers start a new deal themselves?

Borrowers can be working on one deal and then create a new deal while in their application portal by clicking on "Home" and selecting "Or you can create a new deal", which will immediately take them into a new application.
