How to reset a borrower's password

If the borrower has forgotten their password, you or the borrower can reset this.

  1. Go to your application link

  2. Click 'Login' on the sign-up page

  3. Click 'Forgot password'

  4. Enter the email address that was used when the borrower signed up

Below is an example of the email that they will receive that will have your team name/logo and team details.
