Most lenders do require the signatures to be validated when you send the e-signing packages. For more information on how to find that, click the button below

Sometimes a signature panel will display the following error because of an outdated certificate:

In Adobe Acrobat Reader, you are able to validate the signature manually.

  1. Open the document in Adobe Acrobat Reader.

  2. Scroll down to the signature and right click.

  3. Choose "Validate signature"

  4. Click on "Signature properties" and then "Advanced properties" to review

  5. Finally click on "Validate Signature"

  6. Wait a moment or refresh your screen and your validation panel should change at the top of the screen, to "Signed and all signatures validated".
