Finmo allows a brokerage or a team to enable the ability to make mortgage and/or lender classifications and product types mandatory for reporting purposes. This allows brokers/brokerages to track this data in their funded reports.
Note: You must be a team admin to enable for your team or an org admin to enable for your entire brokerage

How do I enable mandatory mortgage and lender classifications for all teams (org admins)
1. Click the globe icon to access the control centre.
2. Select your brokerage
3. On the left menu, choose "Compliance"
4. Scroll down to "Data requirements"
5. Move the toggle to yes for "Require mortgage classification and/or Require lender classification and product types".
6. Click on "Save changes.
Important: Once enabled all teams under your control centre will be required to complete these in their applications
The following message will be displayed in each team's settings and they will not be able to override it.
How do I enable mandatory mortgage and lender classifications for my team (team admins)
1. Click on the "Gear" icon on the left menu
2. Select "Compliance" and scroll down to "Data requirements"
3. Move the toggle to yes for "Require mortgage classification and/or Require lender classification and product types".
4 Click on "Save changes.
Note: If this has already been enabled by your brokerage the following message will be displayed and it cannot be overriden.
Where will the assigned classifications appear?
Classifications assigned in each deal will appear in "Funded reports" in the "Reporting section visible on Finmo and in the downloaded csv report.
How to filter funded reports by mortgage classification
Note: Only team and/or org administrators have access to the reporting feature
1. Click on the reporting icon from the left menu
2. Select the year you wish to view the report for
3. Click on "Add filter" and select "Mortgage classification(s)"
4. The filtered deals will display. Go all the way to the right in the table to see the classifications
