If your team or brokerage has enabled the functionality to make classifications and/or product type mandatory for reporting purposes, you will be required to complete these fields in the "Compliance" section of the deal. This data will be collected in your team's funded deals reports.
Note: If your brokerage or team admin has made these fields mandatory you will not be able to submit the deal for compliance until you have filled them in.
How to add a mortgage classification
1. Open your deal and navigate to the "Compliance" section and scroll down to "Mortgage details" then "Mortgage classification.
2. Click on "Edit details"
3. Select "Yes" or "No" to add or remove classifications (you must choose one for each classification).
4. Click on "Save changes"
How to add a Lender classification and Product type
1. Open your deal and navigate to the "Compliance" section and scroll down to "Mortgage details"
2. Click on "Edit details"
3. Select the lender classification from the drop down menu
4. Select the "Product type" from the drop down menu
4. Click on "Save changes"
