This guide explains all the fields included in your borrower data export and what each value represents.

For purchase transactions, this will typically change to the subject property address once the deal closes.

Important Notes:

  • All dates use Eastern Time (EST) and are in YYYY-MM-DD format

  • The living address fields represent the borrower's address at the time of the application and may not reflect their current address

  • Phone numbers are formatted as shown in examples

  • Empty fields indicate the data is not available or not applicable
