To help brokerages and teams remain compliant with provincial regulations, Finmo allows administrators to configure province-specific compliance document headers. These headers ensure that all Finmo-generated compliance documents display the correct information — including logos, brokerage details, license numbers, and addresses — based on the subject property’s province.
Important: If compliance document headers are not set in the control centre, each team's headers will default to the logos, brokerage details, license numbers, and addresses set in their team settings.
How It Works
Each province in Canada may have different requirements for what must appear on compliance documents. With this feature, administrators can:
Create and manage compliance document headers by province.
Automatically apply the correct header to documents, based on the subject property’s location.
Upload brokerage logos to be included in compliance headers.
Preview how the headers will appear before saving.
Note: You must be an organization administrator to change compliance headers.
