Our developers have designed Finmo to work most effectively on the most commonly used modern browsers - Chrome and Safari. We are aware of the issues with Internet Explorer, but at this time we have no plans to build functionality on that platform. Open Finmo in Chrome or Safari if you are having issues on Internet Explorer.
Finmo's recommended browser is Chrome as Safari does have some known issues, so should you run into problems using Safari, try opening Finmo using Chrome instead.
I use Chrome but it isn't working for me
If you are using Chrome as your browser and having issues - please ensure it is up to date.
If it is up to date - please try clearing your cache and checking the deal again.
How to clear your cache - Chrome
On your computer, open Chrome
At the top right, click More ((three vertical dots in upper right).
Click on 'clear browsing data'
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
Click Clear data.
Note: You may want to also clear your browser history.
How to clear your cache - Safari
Click on the Safari drop-down menu and select Preferences.
Click the Advanced tab. Select the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox and close the Preferences window.
Select the Develop drop-down menu. Click Empty Cache.
