Finmo's lead generation tool offers a sign-up or calculator funnel to encourage new clients to fill out an application.
How to preview the calculator link and signup link lead generation funnel
1. Click the "$" icon on the left menu.
2. Near the top of the page, click "Preview the Finmo calculators". This will show you what your borrowers will see if they access your calculator link.
How to create a new lead generation referral link
Click the "$" icon on your Finmo dashboard.
Click the "Add a new referral link" button.
Select either an existing referral source or click "create a new referrer".
Enter a referral link name.
Choose who deals that come in through this referral link are assigned to.
Click "Create link"
How to find your lead generation referral links
1. Click the "$" icon on your Finmo dashboard.
2. Choose the link you'd like to copy.
3. Incorporate the link anywhere you'd like to generate leads (email signature, website, realtor referrals).
How to find deals initiated by referral links
1. Click the "$" icon on your Finmo dashboard.
2. Scroll down and locate the "Referral link" you want to see referred deals.
3. Click the "+" icon and scroll down and click on "See deals".
4. A list of deals referred by that referral link will appear.
How to find the referrer on a specific deal
The referrer on a deal can be found in the deal itself, on the "Overview page" in the "Status section".

How do I find my calculator and sign-up links?
1. Click the "$" icon on your Finmo dashboard.
2. Click on Copy sign-up or calculator link".
3. Open a new browser and paste the link. You will see that this will take your borrowers/clients directly to the calculator or to your sign up page for your application.
What's the difference between a "Personal link" and a "Team link"?
Out of the box, Finmo provides you with two referral links - a personal link and a team link.
The personal link will ensure any borrowers who progress through the funnel and complete an application will be assigned to you.
Using the team link will ensure any borrowers who progress through the funnel and complete an application will be assigned to your team's default asignee who can then distribute and re-assign the deal as necessary.
What do borrowers see when they click my calculator link?
Borrowers who click your calculator link will be given three options to choose from and asked a few questions.
After answering the questions, borrowers click a button to get pre-approved and taken to your "sign up" page where they can create an account and submit an application.
