There are two application links Finmo provides you. Both will lead the borrower to the same place. Copy and distribute this link and send by email/text to a borrower or your network of contacts, add it to your company's social media sites, and embed this on your website where customers apply. Below are the difference between the two links:
Team Application Link - borrowers that sign up through this link and start an application will be assigned to the team's selected default broker.
Note: If you are the sole broker on your team in Finmo you can choose to use the team link instead of the personal link as all deals would be assigned to you automatically. The personal application link is used when there are multiple brokers on one team.
Personal Application Link - deals that sign up through this link will be assigned to you and not assigned to the selected default broker on the team.
Note: The personal application link should be used when there are multiple brokers on one team to ensure borrowers are assigned to the correct broker when an application is submitted.
How to find your online application links:
1. Hover over your initials or picture on the bottom of the left menu
2. Select which application link to copy, either the team app link or the personal app link
How to customize your personal link:
1. Hover over your initials or picture on the bottom of the left menu
2. Select "Your account"
3. Scroll down to "Personal application link:
4. Click 'Create personalized short link' button
5. Enter the text you'd like and click on "Save changes"
6. The link will be created You can copy the link and share it.
