Finmo offers a lot of flexibility in regards to the deal view screen. you can choose what information is displayed, as well as how you want to filter and sort your deals. This makes it easy to quickly find the deal(s) you are looking for - you can even filter for deals assigned to specific team members.


How to find the display, filtering, and sorting options in your deals view

Click the handshake icon on the left menu to access your deal dashboard. You will see the options at the top of the page.


How to change between table view and card view (card view is generally better suited for mobile devices)

Click the handshake icon on the left menu to access your deal dashboard. You will see the options at the top of the page. To switch between table and card view, click the icons.

How to change the deal info displayed

  1. When in the deal view,  click on "Choose columns" .

  2. This will open a pop-up giving you options for which info to display or hide or to reset the columns to default.

  3. Select your choices.

  4. Only those columns will be displayed on your dashboard



How to sort deals

  1. When in the deal view,  click on "Sort" .

  2. This will open a pop-up giving you options by which to sort by.

  3. Select your choice.

  4. You can clear whatever you've sorted on by clicking the "Sort" button again and selecting "Clear"

Tip: You can only sort by one option at a time. Once you've selected your chosen way to sort, this will become your default view going forward unless and until you change it.


How to filter deals

  1.  When in the deal view, click "Filter"

  2.  This will open a pop-up giving you options by which to filter by.

  3.  Select your choice.

  4. You can clear whatever you've filtered on by clicking the "Filter" button again and selecting "Clear"

Tip: You can choose to filter by as many options as you'd like.
