Persistent filters and sort functionality

Now your filters and sort settings on the deal table will remain intact – even when you refresh the page or log out and back in 😲

Don't see all your deals in Finmo? No fuss. Make sure to hit the new "Clear Filters" button, or modify you filters so it only show the deals you want to see.

📝 E-signing evidence summary: You can now download the certificate from OneSpan detailing the history of your e-signing package. Send this certificate to lenders of keep it for your own records. Learn how

🔢 Calculator amortization sync: When you update the amortization length in the Payment details calculator it also updates it in the Qualifying details calculator. But not the other way around!

📄 New compliance documents added: Material Risk Form, ON Form 1.2 - Investor/Lender Disclosure Statement For Brokered Transactions, and AB Borrower Disclosure & Consent.

🏢 Deals page improvements at the org level: For organization members belonging to multiple teams, a “Team” column has been added to the deals table in the control centre, and even better, you can now sort, filter, and search through all your deals!

🆔 "Deal No” out, "Application ID" in: The obsolete “Deal No” field has been fully replaced by “Application ID” and you will no longer see it in Finmo.

Are you a Zapier or Finmo API user? Starting October 23, new applications will no longer generate this deal number. If you use this field (known as dealName in the API) make sure to update your system to use lendeskApplicationId before this date.
