TIP: You can easily navigate to the section within Compliance you want to access by clicking on the associated "Quick link" at the top of the page. You will be taken to that section.

How to edit and save the " Mortgage details" section

  1. Click the gear icon on the left menu

  2. Select the"Compliance" folder from the top menu

  3. Scroll down to "Mortgage details" and click on "Edit details"

  4. Fill in the "Mortgage details"

  5. You can add in fees by clicking on "Add a fee" should you need to.

  6. Make sure to click "Save" when you have finished. Should the "Mortgage details not allow you to save, please be aware that any required fields will be highlighted in red and you won't be able to save until all those fields have been filled in.

How to upload Required compliance documents

  1. Click the gear icon on the left menu

  2. Select the"Compliance" folder from the top menu

  3. Scroll down to "Required documents"

  4. Click on the "+" next to the document you wish to upload and follow the screen prompts to upload your document.

  5. Click "Save"

Note: After you have completed uploading all your "Required documents" you can download them all to a zip file by clicking on "Download all required documents" that you can save to your files.

TIP: You can also manually upload a document that does not appear in the drop down menu

How to "Generate documents"

  1. Click the gear icon on the left menu

  2. Select the"Compliance" folder from the top menu

  3. Scroll down to "Generate documents"

  4. Select the document you want and click on the "Generate document "

  5. A pop-up will open displaying the document. Fill in the fields.

  6. Once filled in, scroll to the top of the document and select "Generate Form"

  7. Download the file.

8. Click on "Manage e-signing requests to go directly to the E-sign page where you can upload the document and prepare it for signing.

Generating an MPP Form

9. Click on Generate MPP to create a digital link that can then be sent directly to your client or the option to download the old school PDF.

10. If you have a manually created MPP form you can also upload it into this section.

MPP will send you an indemnification certificate once the client finishes it. You will get notified if the client hasn't completed it.

NOTE: There is a short delay to get MPP to turn the broker on. Feel free to reach out to MPP directly to speed that process up.
