Once you have completed your submission to a lender you can apply the mortgage details and add in the funding date and the interest adjustment dates. By clicking into "Mortgage details" you can set up mortgage details, fees and loan information for the deal. Apply the mortgage details from your submissions or manually edit the mortgage details for compliance.

Click into the deal you want to work on, then select "Compliance". Click on "Apply mortgage details".

Scroll down to the "Funding date" and/or Interest adjustment date" and fill in the information and save.
