📂 2023 tax document categories are now available
New document categories have been added to Finmo so you can now add them to your Smart docs menu and file 2023 tax documents appropriately. Here are the new categories:
2023- NOA (Notice of Assessment)
2023 - T1 Income Tax Return
2023 - T2 Corporation Income Tax Return
2023 - T4 Slip(s)
2023 - T4A(s)

➡️ GDS and TDS are now sent to Lender Spotlight
When you click on “Find products” in Finmo, the GDS and TDS values will now be sent to Lender Spotlight and will auto populate the search filters – making it even easier to find the best products for your clients.

🛠️ Enhancements and bug fixes
Updates have been made to the ON Form 1 - Investor/Lender Disclosure to improve functionality.
A duplicate line of text has been fixed in the “Conflict of interest” section of the Disclosure to Borrower ON.
Decimals can now be added to the 'Fees and sales tax' section on a deal Compliance page.
Lead calculators settings under Team Settings > Borrower Portal are now being properly saved.
A common refinance submission error has been fixed.
A bug that prevented org admins to access team level reporting is now fixed.
