If you currently have a Finmo Pro account you are eligible to receive Lender Spotlight Platinum for free ($49 / month value). To take advantage of this, you will either need to connect your existing Lender Spotlight account or sign up for Lender Spotlight. Ultimately this will deliver you savings, but may slightly alter how you're billed.
Activate: If you are a Finmo Pro user and already have Lender Spotlight account
Your first step is to connect your two accounts, so that you can take advantage of the savings. You can do this by clicking the link on your main dashboard:
Click the link and a pop up will appear.
You will be taken to the Lender Spotlight log in page where you can sign in as usual. Once signed in you will be asked to connect your accounts.
Click on "Connect accounts" and you will receive Lender Spotlight Platinum for free and only be billed in Finmo. If you're part of a Lender Spotlight Platinum team, once you connect your accounts you will continue to pay as you have in Lender Spotlight and not be billed in Finmo.
If you have a Lender Spotlight Platinum solo account (pay $49/month), once you connect your accounts, you will need to enter your credit card details into the Finmo billing tab. Following that, you will continue to pay in Finmo only and your Lender Spotlight billing will be cancelled out.
Activate: If you are a Finmo Pro user and do not have Lender Spotlight
As a Finmo Pro user, you get it for free! Simply click the following link on your dashboard and you will be directed to sign up to Lender Spotlight as part of the connection process.
You will receive Lender Spotlight Platinum for free and only be billed in Finmo.
Activate: If you are not a Finmo Pro user
Your first step is to sign up for Finmo Pro. Once you've signed up click the triangle spotlight icon on the left menu. A pop up will appear asking you to connect your spotlight account,
Sign in to Lender Spotlight using the social media account you normally log in .

There’s all these instructions to connect my accounts (I’m on Finmo Pro), but I don’t have a Spotlight account, so what does that mean?
Simply click the call to action on your dashboard and follow the instructions to redeem / connect the accounts from Finmo. You will be able to create a Spotlight account that will automatically be upgraded to Platinum.
I think I was billed twice? How did this happen?
There are two potential reasons this is happening. The first is your accounts have not yet been properly connected.
The second is, when connecting accounts as a Platinum solo member, our system switches your billing to Finmo and cancels your charges in Spotlight. While very unlikely, it’s possible Finmo Pro billed early if you were recently charged in Spotlight. We will refund you the charge and going forward your only charge will occur in Finmo since you now have Finmo Pro which includes Spotlight Platinum.

I have a Spotlight Platinum Solo account or am part of a Spotlight Platinum team but do not have a Finmo account, how do I sign up to Finmo and do we get a Pro subscription for free?
The first step is to sign up for a Finmo Pro account. Once you do that, you can connect your accounts.
You will not be paying anything more for Finmo Pro, so you could say you get it for free. However, if you're not part of a brokerage in Lender Spotlight Platinum, your billing will switch over to FInmo. So you'll still only be paying $49/month and get both, but billing will be done ine Finmo.
If you're part of a brokerage on Lender Spotlight Platinum, you will continue to pay as you always have in Lender Spotlight and will get Finmo Pro for free.
What if I add more team members on my Finmo Pro team, will they also get Spotlight for free?
Each Finmo Pro team member will need to connect their account to Lender Spotlight Platinum to redeem the free offer.*
