How to use the "AI fill from document" feature.
Step 1: Add the MLS feature sheet to documents
Navigate to the deal you are working on and go to the document section.
Upload the MLS feature sheet if not there already,
Review and make sure to accept the uploaded document to proceed.
Step 2: AI fill from the MLS feature sheet
Navigate to to the "Subject property" section of the application
Click on the "AI fill from document" button. The AI will begin to analyze the document and extract relevant data points from the MLS feature sheet.
Note: It will take a few seconds for the AI to analyze the document before populating the information
Step 3: Review and apply details
Once the information is analyzed you will be presented with the information that will be pulled into the subject property in the application. Make sure to review all the information before clicking the "Apply details" button.
Tip: If there are any incorrect data points you can exclude them by clicking on the red "X" displayed beside each field before applying the details to the application.
Click on "Apply details" and the information will be added to the "Subject property".
Step 4: Verify and edit details
Review the data that was brought into the subject property and click on "Edit details" to make sure no information was missed.
Step 5: Save changes
After verifying and editing the details, save the changes to complete the process.
FAQ's
Can other documents be imported using the "AI fill from document" button?
Not at this time, only the MLS feature sheet can be imported into the AI.
If I already used the AI to import from the MLS feature sheet can I import it again ?
Yes, you can use the "Ai fill from document button" again, however the new upload will override any information already in the "Subject property" in the application. It will also override any changes you made in that section after using the "AI fill from document" button in the original instance.
If there is already some property information entered can I use the "AI fill from document" button ?
Yes, however, any information that was entered into the "Subject property" section previously will be overridden by what is brought in by the AI and will replace the information previously entered.
Can I choose to exclude certain information from MLS feature sheet?
Yes you can exclude fields by clicking on the red "X" before applying the details to the application. You can also manually enter any excluded information into the "Subject property" should you wish after the MLS details are applied.
