How to convert documents to PDF and download them for the lender
Navigate to your desired deal
Click Documents in the navigation
Click Download PDFs
You can also download the document right from the overview dashboard of the deal.

Which documents download when I click download PDFs?
Any request that has been marked as "Approved" will download. Within each request, we will only convert and download documents that have not been hidden.
How do remove a document request I've approved from the package?
Click the request, and then click "Archive Request"
How do I download files from one document request and convert to PDF?
Simply open the desired document request, then click "Download all files as a PDF"
