Once enabled, Finmo will send your deals directly to Centum for payment after the deal has been submitted via Lender Connect. This allows Centum to quickly process the payment without having to enter the application into multiple systems.

How it works

After this feature is enabled, all deals submitted via Lender Connect by any of the users that belong to your brokerage will be sent to Centum for payment. This includes borrower and broker information, mortgage details, as well as the subject property information. The deal data will be sent to Centum the day after the deal has been submitted from Finmo.

Note: The deal does not need to be approved by the lender for it to be sent to Centum. If the same application has been submitted to multiple lenders, the system will populate the details of the latest submission unless there is an application that has been marked as “accepted” in Finmo by the broker. In that case, it will populate the details of the “accepted” submission.

How to enable it (team admins only)

Click on the "gear icon" on the left menu

Select "Integrations"

Scroll down to "CENTUM Compliance" and turn the toggle on to "Yes"

By enabling this feature, you consent to such data to be sent from Finmo to Centum.

The deal data will sync in Centum every day at 1:00 AM (PST) .
