We want to make sure you don’t miss important updates, tips, and resources from Finmo. Occasionally, email providers may misdirect legitimate emails to your spam or junk folder, but you can easily prevent this by following the steps below based on your email provider.
Please add marnie@finmo.ca to your safe sender list or email filters:
For Gmail users:
Open Gmail and click the gear icon on the top right to access Settings.
Click See all settings.
Navigate to Filters and Blocked Addresses.
Click Create a New Filter.
In the "From" field, enter marnie@finmo.ca.
Click Create filter.
Check the box labeled Never send it to Spam.
Click Create filter again to save.
For Outlook users:
Log in to Outlook and click the gear icon to access Settings.
Select View all Outlook settings.
Choose Mail, then Junk email.
Under Safe senders and domains, click Add safe sender.
Enter marnie@finmo.ca and click OK, then Save.
For Yahoo Mail users:
Log in to Yahoo Mail and click the gear icon for Settings.
Select More Settings.
Click on Filters, then Add new filters.
Name the filter (e.g., "Finmo Updates").
In the "From" field, enter marnie@finmo.ca.
Choose to send all mail to Inbox.
Click Save to apply the filter.
For Apple Mail users:
Open Apple Mail and go to Mail > Preferences.
Click on the Rules tab.
Click Add Rule.
Name the rule (e.g., "Finmo Emails").
Set the condition: If any of the following conditions are met: From Contains marnie@finmo.ca.
Under Perform the following actions, select Move Message to mailbox Inbox.
Click OK to save the rule.
