Organization administrators can choose to allow teams under their brokerage to export borrower and/or deal data from Finmo into a csv report for analytics, reporting, and compliance purposes. By enabling this setting, you authorize users under your brokerage’s control centre to export data for which your brokerage is the data controller. You may disable this setting at any time to revoke export access.
How do I enable or disable data exporting?
Important: You must be an organization administrator in the control centre in order to enable or disable data exporting
1. Access the control centre by clicking on the "globe icon"
2. On the left menu select "Compliance"
3. Scroll down to "Data export access"
4. Move to toggle beside "Enable data export access" to "Yes" or "No"
5. Click on "Save changes"
This will turn on the option to export data for all teams in your control centre. Each user will see this is an option under their account settings.
Note: If the "Enable deal export access" is set to "No" this feature will be disabled for all users within your control centre. Users will see the following in the "Data export" section of their personal settings:
If I enable data exporting what does that mean for users under my brokerage control centre?
Brokers can access the export feature from the Data export section in their Account page.
Users can filter data by date range and select specific teams to include in their export.
Once requested, the system will process the export and send an email with a download link to a csv file when ready.
All export activities are logged for audit purposes and compliance tracking.
