Once set, the customized application link Finmo assigns your "team" can only be changed by our support staff.
Please reach out to us via the chat function or email us - us advising what you want the change to be and we can update the account setting. We will confirm the change once made.
If you are using the Finmo application link in your email signature or on your website or have given it to realtors to use - you will need update those as well to the new link information,once we have advised you that the change has been made. You will need advise any borrowers you may have sent invitations to that your link has changed.
Contact support@finmo.ca to make a change to your application link or click on the chat bubble when you are in the Finmo platform.
