💻 Co-browse with our amazing support team

Our best-in-class customer success team released a co-browsing tool that will take your support experience to the next level. You can now grant access to your screen, allowing a support person to see, draw, highlight, and even take control of your screen. This is real-time support like never before!

This tool isn't just about elevating support, it is also about enhancing security. Co-browsing sessions are not recorded, and you’ll no longer need to share screenshots with sensitive information.

Our CS team is always happy to answer questions live and help you through your Finmo journey. Prefer to self-serve? No problem! Find your answers in Finmo’s extensive Help library.

⚙️ Consent settings at the organization level
Broker owners can now go to Organization Settings > Deal > Client consent and set client consent for their entire organization. Any consent settings – text, legal name, and countersigner – configured at the org level will apply to all teams within that organization. Team admins can still see the settings, but they can't edit them.

🔠 Table view was set to default in the Deals page
Get the full picture! A small update has been made to the Deals page making the Table view the new default. The Table view provides a clearer and more efficient way to track the progression of your deals. If you prefer the List view, go to the Deals page and switch views in the top-left corner.

🛠️ Bug Fixes

  • Updates have been made to the Nova Scotia Form 2 “Mortgage Brokerage Recommendation and Assessment” to include missing sections and adjust wording.

  • A visual update has been made so documents with long files names will no longer overflow their containers.

  • When a borrower’s name is updated, the name of the deal is now also updated to match the borrower’s name.
