⚙️ Enhancements and bug fixes
Improved data entry in compliance documents: We’ve enhanced our text inputs to clearly indicate when a value should be a currency, percentage, or text. This helps prevent errors when generating compliance documents and ensures your data is accurate.
Formatted amounts in disclosure documents: We’ve fixed a missing dollar sign on the term payments in the disclosure statements, and decimals values will now be rounded off to two decimal places for clarity and consistency.
Taxes and fees visibility: The “Taxes and fees” section will now show correctly when changing the deal type from purchase to refinance. This ensures you always have the right information displayed.
