Step One:  Locating and Generating a Token

  1.  Click the "gear" icon in your Finmo portal to open "General Settings".
  2.  On the top right, click on "Integrations BETA".
  3.  Scroll down to "Step One - Generate a Finmo Token".
  4.  Select the text and copy it.

Step Two:  Create a Zapier.com account

  1.  Visit Zapier.com
  2. Click "Sign Up" in the top right corner and complete the forms
  3. Follow the simple onboarding questions and select the apps you use most frequently. When you're done, click "Finish Setup".
  4. Next, click "Make a Zap!" to get started.
  5. You'll be asked to select an app you want to start with. On the right side, search for "Finmo" and select it.

Step Three:  Choose a "trigger" and connect Finmo to your Zapier account

A trigger is an action that happens in Finmo that you want to trigger an action in another app. For example, you could send details from an application to Pipedrive, Mailchimp, or Zoho (or all of them at once) whenever any Finmo application is pushed to Expert/Filogix.

  1.  Click "Make a Zap!" to get started.
  2. You'll be asked to select an app you want to start with. On the right side, search for "Finmo" and select it.
  3.  Once you select Finmo, you will be asked to connect an account. This step helps your Finmo account talk to Zapier. You will be asked to add your "token" once you've clicked to connect an account. 
  4. Paste your token and test your connection .
